Licitações e Contratos

Como militar, atuei como Chefe da Seção de Licitações e Contratos do Centro Integrado de Telemática do Exército, o Datacenter do Exército Brasileiro, tendo tido a oportunidade de adquirir todos os tipos de soluções de TI correlatas ao portfólio de um datacenter. Essa experiência me garantiu participação no Comitê de Planejamento Organizacional dos 5º Jogos Mundiais Militares do International Military Sports Council (CPO/5º JMM - CISM), onde pude contribuir com soluções inteligentes para as contratações inéditas, no Brasil, necessárias para a realização do evento.

No prosseguimento da minha carreira, atuei como Chefe da Seção de Licitações e Contratos do Departamento-Geral do Pessoal, contribuindo para a aquisição de material médico hospitalar em apoio às tropas que atuaram nos grandes eventos esportivos que ocorreram no Brasil (Copa do Mundo e Olimpíadas) e revisor do Termo de Referência para a aquisição da solução para o Cartão de Identificação Militar, CIM, o qual veio a se tornar um padrão nacional como documento de identificação no formato de cartão de crédito.
